Well, I'll tell you right now, Intermittent Fasting is NOT about starvation or deprivation. Nor is it about cycles of binge eating. Rather, IF is about intentional periods of feeding to maximize your body’s ability to burn fat for fuel, rather than burning sugar and carbs for fuel. Which I believe is one of the most powerful concepts when you’re trying to lose weight and be healthy.

Throughout this 7 day course, I’ll be explaining more about IF, including the benefits, the method, and the science behind HOW it works. I’ll even be walking you though the steps to implement this powerful strategy into your lifestyle!
